Your role: Based in Porto, the Asset Operation Manager will report to the Country Manager in Portugal, while professional and task-related matters are overseen by the Global Manager of Solar Asset Management, Steen Barsdal Bak, based at our headquarters in Denmark. ResponsibilitiesGeneral monitoring and daily operation of PV parks in southern Europe Negotiate and manage O&M contracts together with TAMS Global Manage and supervise O&M contractors and service providers Analysis of PV parks state and performance using SCADA system Ensure the link between Asset Management and EPC/Development Monthly O&M and performance reporting on the PV portfolio Optimization of park performance and contribution to development of O&M platform Stakeholder management internally and externally, including off-takers, grid providers, O&M, and landowners Ensuring that EWE Power Plant requirements are implemented during construction to ensure best practice during operation Handling and management of insurance and warranty cases Day to dayHandling operation disturbances and planning of service and inspections tasks Reviewing and analyzing dataflow from the portfolio to ensure best-in-class asset optimization Participating in mockups and commissioning of PV parks Monitor, react and log asset incidences Operate, maintain and perform Technical Asset Management of local solar parks HSE management Qualifications and profileHave at least 5 years of similar experience with renewable energy Have a university degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering Fluent in Portuguese and English at negotiation level Have a valid driver's license type B What we expectA team player who takes pride in helping colleagues A person who is decent, action-oriented, solution-oriented, assertive, structured, and persistent Excellence in communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders How to reach usIf you have any questions regarding the position, you may contact Steen Barsdal Bak, Global Manager, Solar Asset Management, at sbb@ewe.dk.
