Then become part of our Industrial Engineering team at our plant inAlbergaria-a-Velha.Manage industrialization of new products according to Stage/Gate process, ensuring compliance with product specifications, implementation deadlines, quality and availability requirements;Coordinate changes to existing products by Engineering Change Notification (ECN) process;Identify and implement cost improvement opportunities to generate cost savings;Ensure the availability and maintenance of all technical data and documentation related to products and the respective manufacturing processes;Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.Your profile:Experience: 2-3 years in similar roles;Experience with Project Management (Stage Gate Process);Experience with SAP or similar ERP system;Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (mandatory);Google tools command;Experience with FMEA;Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
