IT Transformation
Cegid is starting the transformation of its internal IT / Infrastructure through the modernization and simplification of its technological footprint, the implementation of a new operating model and a new organization driven by service catalogue and globalization, along with the growth and internalization of the whole group.
As a Cloud Engineer You Will
* Work with the Cloud Architect to develop comprehensive cloud architecture and design solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements in Azure.
* Develop and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements in Azure.
* Act as an L3 Cloud Specialist, providing advanced support and troubleshooting for complex cloud-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
* Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
* Implement and manage security protocols and compliance standards to safeguard cloud environments and data.
* Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to optimize cloud operations and reduce manual intervention.
* Monitor cloud infrastructure, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and share knowledge on cloud best practices.
* Support and collaborate with the RUN teams to manage ongoing cloud operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
* 3-5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years specifically working with cloud technologies, with focus on Azure.
* Proven track record of successfully supporting and optimizing cloud solutions in a business environment.
* Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role with a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure.
* Expertise in cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, AWS CloudFormation).
* Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for cloud environments.
* Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and orchestration.
* Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance standards.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) equivalents are valued.
* Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is valued.
* Good English level, written and spoken.
