About the role
Join our client's Digital Workplace & Collaboration team to help employees adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot and other digital tools. You will help turn new technology into everyday value by making it easy to understand, delivering engaging learning experiences, and supporting active user communities across regions. Key Responsibilities
Deliver live and virtual training sessions, product demos, and Q&A office hours to accelerate user confidence and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other digital tools.
Create and update clear, user-friendly training materials (guides, videos, FAQs, presentations).
Manage and engage large user communities on Teams, sharing updates and answering user questions.
Onboard, support and energize Copilot Champions and Power Ambassadors, ensuring they have the right resources, messaging, and updates.
Organize and host regular community calls, workshops, and special events.
Maintain and update SharePoint pages and other communication channels related to adoption and enablement.
Track adoption and engagement metrics to improve training and support.
Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to ensure smooth rollouts and address users' needs.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in change management, training, communications, digital workplace roles, or similar enablement roles.
Strong experience delivering live training and facilitating sessions with confidence.
Ability to explain technology in simple, engaging ways.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
