For our location in Lisbon we are looking for a
Receivables Manager (m/f/d) with French language skills.
Your Tasks:
Monitoring and reconciling receivables and claims clearing accounts daily
Allocating payments accurately to outstanding claims and receivables in our claims software Themis
Investigating and resolving discrepancies between payments received and claims settled
Controlling and verifying the automatic sending of payment reminders
Handling the monthly invoicing process
Preparing regular reports and analyses for internal stakeholders
Assisting in the automation and improvement of receivables
Acting as a point of contact for queries related to receivables and claims settlements
Providing administrative support to the accounting team
Your Qualifications:
A degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
At least three years of relevant experience in finance or insurance roles
A solid understanding of accounting principles and insurance claims processes
Familiarity with financial compliance and relevant regulatory standards
Excel skills and experience in preparing reports and data analyses
IT affinity and experience of working with finance or claims management systems
Experience in a multilingual work environment is an advantage
Accurate and structured approach to handling financial data
Fluency in English and French, knowledge of additional languages is an asset
Interest in further development
