Role Overview: This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity, exclusively available for candidates residing in Ukraine.
Key Requirements:
Fluent English (Advanced level or higher, both written and spoken)
3+ years of relevant experience managing social advertising campaigns
Proven experience running Facebook Ads in TIER1 markets (3+ years)
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics
Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot tables)
Deep understanding of traffic acquisition tools
Exceptional communication and proactive approach
Ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively
Your Responsibilities:
Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Twitter, Taboola, OutBrain, and more
Regularly monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
Generate insightful weekly and monthly reports based on key performance indicators
Collaborate daily with cross-functional project teams
Track and manage campaign goals, revenue targets, and present clear results to clients
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and X
Proven track record managing substantial advertising budgets
Previous experience targeting and succeeding in Western markets
Team management experience
