* Execute payroll processing and implement controls to ensure data quality and accuracy.
* Establish structured payroll processing cycles to maintain consistency in compensation delivery.
* Develop and maintain procedures for salary calculations, monitoring operations, and implementing improvements.
* Implement compliance structures, lead audit preparation, and execute continuous monitoring.
* Manage regulatory changes, assess their impact, and develop control systems for data security.
* Manage payroll system operations, integration processes, and testing controls.
* Implement reconciliation processes and develop reporting solutions.
* Provide technical guidance to HR teams, manage relationships with internal and external teams.
* Lead the resolution of complex issues, implement communication protocols, and manage stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
