Key Responsibilities:
* Create new customer accounts in our system and effectively manage invoices, cash applications, and collections
* Analyze product promotion rules and update our product catalogs accordingly
* Support our compliance activities and resolve any customer complaints that may arise
* Deliver outstanding customer service for assigned segments while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
* Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills
* Strong proficiency in PC-based systems and good command of Microsoft Office tools
* Prior experience in invoice management, account setup, collections, or customer inquiry handling is highly beneficial
