What You'll do:
- Manage and activate the brands online communities;
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with the agency for content planning and production;
- Publish content across social media platforms;
- Monitor and analyze content performance and results;
- Partially manage, in collaboration with the Customer Service team, audience interaction on NOS social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok);
- Hybrid work model;
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in community management and social media management;
- Ability to manage online content and interact with the public in a clear and transparent manner;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Fluent in portuguese and english;
- Experience using tools such as Primetag and Emplifi (preferred);
- Knowledge and understanding of social media metrics and analytics (preferred);
