?? The Role As a Chef Pizzaiolo, you will lead our pizza-making team, ensuring the highest standards of quality, taste, and consistency. You will play a pivotal role in the kitchen's operation by supervising the pizzaiolo team, managing production, and maintaining an efficient, safe, and hygienic working environment. Your Key Responsibilities Team Management and Leadership: Supervise and guide the pizzaiolo team by defining tasks, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance.Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the team's skills and ensure high-quality production.Pizza Preparation and Production: Oversee the preparation and production of pizzas, ensuring compliance with established recipes and quality standards.Master and implement various pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, ingredient handling, and cooking methods.Stock Management and Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and coordinate timely replenishment of ingredients.Maintain a cost-conscious approach without compromising quality.Hygiene and Food Safety: Enforce hygiene and food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and related areas.Quality Control: Inspect and ensure the quality and presentation of all pizzas before service.Consistently deliver pizzas that meet or exceed guest expectations.Operational Efficiency: Plan and organize daily and weekly production schedules to meet demand effectively.Collaborate with other kitchen teams and management to optimize service delivery. ??
