Job Title: ECM Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled ECM Specialist to join our team. As an ECM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving document management processes.
About the Role:
The ECM Specialist will work with IBM Content Manager (Distributed) and IBM Content Manager OnDemand (Distributed) to develop workflows, integrate with other systems, and manage the IBM Content Manager infrastructure.
You will troubleshoot issues related to Content Manager, DB2, and WebSphere Application Server, ensuring smooth system performance. Additionally, you will help monitor and improve document storage and retrieval, ensure compliance with legal and data retention policies, and collaborate with teams from infrastructure, development, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop workflows using IBM Content Manager (Distributed)
* Integrate with other systems
* Manage IBM Content Manager infrastructure
* Troubleshoot issues related to Content Manager, DB2, and WebSphere Application Server
* Monitor and improve document storage and retrieval
* Ensure compliance with legal and data retention policies
Requirements:
Must-Have:
* Solid experience with IBM Content Manager (Distributed)
* Strong knowledge of DB2 (administration, performance tuning, SQL)
* Proficiency with WebSphere Application Server (installation, application management, security)
* Ability to work in critical production environments
* Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
Would Be Great If You Have:
* Experience in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, utilities)
* Knowledge of workflows/document management systems
* Familiarity with automation scripts (e.g. Shell, Python)
* Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams
