Experience withMDM solutions, especiallyAutopilot and Intune Solid experience inWindows device management Knowledge ofMicrosoft Endpoint DLP (Purview) Experience withSkyHigh Cloud Proxy Familiarity withF5 Per-App VPN Understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologiesResponsibilities: Manage end-to-end application lifecycle (integration, testing, qualification, and deployment) in Intune ProvideLevel 3 (L3) support, handling major incidents and complex technical issues Perform bug analysis and implement fixes Contribute to feature development when required Support product lifecycle management at local entity level Configure and manage application packages, device profiles, and VPN setups Handle incident tickets (update, resolution, and closure) Generate reports (security, device inventory, applications/tools) using Intune and Log Analytics Create and maintain technical documentatioWhat do we offer?
