What will be your mission?
As Hostess, you will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results.
What will you do?
* Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations.
* Greet guests and accompany them to their table.
* Monitor the table rotation.
* Prepare the mise-en-place and assist in setting up the area.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation.
* Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
* Excellent guest service skills.
* Good level of English both verbal and written.
