Job Description:
We are seeking a Budget Support Controller for Development Operational Performance to join Airbus GBS.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage program targets through a converged process.
* Plan workload and workforce according to targets and function strategy.
* Drive financials and workload planning/forecast process, synthesizing plans and challenging contributions.
* Establish consolidated financial reporting, defining, harmonizing, and ensuring consistency and compliance, including tools.
* Ensure timely and meaningful planning and reporting.
* Control programs and operations actuals versus forecasts, implementing corrective measures.
* Propose or coordinate mitigation actions as needed to support decision-making at management level.
* Utilize financial processes and tools, basic legal and HR processes, and basic project management and technical knowledge in operational areas.
* Drive performance management and improvement.
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets, highlighting discrepancies and risks/opportunities.
Requirements:
* The ability to deliver recurring financial pictures with full accuracy on the data.
* A capacity to understand domain needs while maintaining consistency with higher-level guidance and financial targets.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance or related field.
* Basic knowledge of Accounting/Controlling principles.
* Talent for agile, reliable, and fast data management.
* Entrepreneurial mindset:
o Deliverable-driven, able to work under short deadlines.
o Strong analytical skills, capable of switching between big-picture and detailed views, and providing meaning to complex facts and figures.

o Proactive in proposing improvement solutions to the business.

* Excellent communication skills, creating trustful relationships quickly in a remote work context, and maintaining a broad network within Finance.
* Compliance adherence is mandatory, with a clear understanding of rules around data confidentiality (e.g., Procurement process, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), etc).
* English is required; knowledge of French/German/Spanish is a plus.
* Mastery of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
