Mission:
The main objective of the mission is to act as Business Owner / Business Analyst (Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) for projects, evolutions, and operational support related to Life Insurance. Although initially focused on the Life Insurance perimeter, the role may progressively extend to Non-Life Insurance and Succession domains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as functional lead for Life Insurance projects and system evolutions Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
* Support functional design and contribute to solution definition Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Provide functional assistance and expertise to business stakeholders Ensure alignment between business needs and IT delivery.
* Contribute to project governance and reporting Profile & Seniority Senior profile with strong experience in functional roles.
* Proven experience in Life Insurance environments.
* Ability to work on sensitive topics with tight deadlines and evolving responsibilities.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
