The Company You Will Be Joining

You will be joining a company with a strong international presence and an expansion model based on franchising.

Your New Role

You will take on the role of Franchise Implementation Coordinator, acting as the main point of support and coordination throughout the implementation process of new franchisees in various countries.

Your role combines relationship management, organization, communication, and internal coordination, ensuring that every franchisee has everything they need to successfully launch their operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

* Prioritizing and managing contacts with franchisees, brokers, and commercial teams.
* Serving as the main point of contact for brokers and partners.
* Conducting regular check-ins and relationship assessments with brokers.
* Maintaining updated and detailed records of interactions.
* Guiding franchisees throughout the onboarding process.
* Explaining franchise agreements and operational guidelines.
* Facilitating communication between franchisees and internal departments.
* Supporting the development and delivery of training programs.
* Responding to day‑to‑day questions from franchisees and partners.
* Monitoring the progress of each implementation and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Updating information, documentation, and franchising‑related web pages.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the expansion strategy.
* Tracking metrics, progress, and potential issues, ensuring quick resolution.

What You Need to Succeed

* Fluency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of French (an advantage).
* Excellent communication skills, both with external stakeholders and internal teams.
* Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to build trusting relationships with franchisees and partners.
* Autonomy and problem‑solving capability, always focused on the end goal.
* Knowledge of — or willingness to learn about — franchising systems and operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
* Previous experience in franchising support roles or related fields is a plus.
