Key Responsibilities Holistic implementation – Develop solutions tailored to the specific requirements of vehicle design and automotive radar sensor characteristics. Work closely with antenna developers and signal processing experts within an international team spanning development, manufacturing and customer relations, contributing to significant projects that enhance vehicle performance. Structure Analysis – Analyze simulations and measurements, evaluate deviations and anomalies in the integration of radar sensors in the vehicle and work towards solutions. Qualifications Education & Communication Skills Academic Background – Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics or a related field with a focus on high‐frequency technology or signal processing, preferably with a PhD. Strong Communicator – Develop requirements and solutions in collaboration with automotive manufacturers and present findings both internally and to customers, showcasing excellent English language skills; German is a plus. Experience – 3‐5 years of professional experience in antenna and high‐frequency circuit design, proficiency in simulation tools such as HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, and Matlab.
