Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform, to join their their team in Portugal, fully remote from anywhere.
Your Role
* Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels
* Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL
* Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary
* Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.
Your Qualifications
* Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
* Strong understanding of MySQL
* Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage
* Available to work in shift rotation - Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM
* High school degree or equivalent (or higher)
* No prior work experience required, but a solid knowledge of MySQL is essential
* Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support
* Ability to attend 2 week of office based training in Porto (accommodation support during training period provided).
