Main responsabilities:
Analyze and handle recurring non-conformities in production processes.
Define and monitor corrective action plans (8D, PPS, 5 Whys).
Manage the cost of non-quality, proposing efficiency and failure reduction measures.
Handle customer complaints through root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Develop and monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and control plans.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Logistics to address root causes.
Participate in internal and client meetings related to quality topics.
Requirements:
High school diploma or Degree in Engineering or Quality Management (Master's degree is a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (experience in the aerospace sector is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of Excel and problem-solving tools ( 8D, 5 Whys ).
Experience with SAP (preferred).
Fluent English ; French is a plus.
Critical thinking, autonomy, attention to detail, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
