You will learn the full sales cycle—from the initial inquiry and site inspection to the signing of the contract and the final event coordination. Sales ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales Managers in researching potential corporate clients and local businesses. Help prepare professional sales proposals and contracts for groups and corporate accounts. Support the team during Site Inspections, showing potential clients the hotel's rooms and meeting facilities. Event Planning & CoordinationAssist in the creation ofBEOs (Banquet Event Orders), detailing every requirement for an event (menu, audiovisual, room setup). Act as a liaison between the client and the hotel's operational departments (Kitchen, Banqueting, Housekeeping). Support on-site event execution, ensuring that meetings, weddings, or conferences run smoothly and according to the client's vision. Administration & CRM ManagementMaintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate contact information and booking history. Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and tracking the status of "tentative" vs. "confirmed" bookings. Help manage the hotel's presence on event booking platforms (e.g., Cvent, WeddingWire). Client Relationship ManagementRespond to initial event inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
