As a Mechanical Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in manage, design and development of new an innovative products and solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop mechanical systems and components, including creating detailed drawings and performing calculations for structural integrity and performance.
* Lead product development activities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
* Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams (electrical, software, production, quality) and stakeholders to guarantee seamless integration of mechanical solutions.
* Perform static, kinematic, and dynamic calculations to validate designs and ensure compliance with standards.
* Define and execute test plans, analyze results, and implement improvements.
* Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation: design specifications, drawings, reports, manuals, and production guidelines.
* Contribute to cost estimation and resource planning.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product optimization and process efficiency.
* Monitor technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Support roadmap definition and feature prioritization for mechanical aspects of the product.
* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies.
Your Profile
* 6 - 9 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical modeling.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
* Calculation and dimensioning
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
* Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, and results-driven approach.
