Discover a workplace where your potential knows no bounds!We are looking for aProject Managerwith strong expertise in Cybersecurity to lead strategic initiatives in the area of data protection and application security.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects.Profile: Consolidated experience in cybersecurity project management; Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals (Zero-Trust model, data protection, application security, regulatory compliance); Proven experience in complex project management, with mastery of methodologies, budget control, and risk management; Strong experience in PMO context, including executive reporting, definition and monitoring of KPIs/KRIs; Experience in conducting RFI and RFP processes; Executive communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at different organisational levels; High organisational skills, autonomy and results orientation; Fluency in English.Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity projects, from scoping to final delivery; Define project objectives, scope, planning, and risk assessment; Ensure execution in accordance with best management practices (planning, budgeting, quality, and communication); Coordinate stakeholders from different areas: business units, IT, cybersecurity teams, suppliers and external partners; Monitor deliverables and ensure regular reporting; Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations (MSR, Security Policy, DPSAT, DSIP, NIS2, GDPR, among others); Manage budgets and monitor the financial performance of projects; Lead complete RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for cybersecurity solutions; Ensure the production of key documentation: project framing, materials for the Steering Committee, status reports and transition documentation for operation.We offer: Health insurance; Free online training through the Udemy platform; On-site and remote training at Olisipo's Learning Center;Free certifications (after passing the exam); Discounts at Olisipo Partners (in the areas of health and well-being, fitness, travel, among others); Free psychological consultations; Possibility of a salary advance, without commissions.Hybrid project(2 days a week at the office)- Alfragide, Lisbon.
