Created in 1945,
William Hare
is a steelwork company that specialises in the Engineering, Manufacture and Erection of
Steel Structures.
We operate worldwide, having executed projects in more than 50 countries. Our activity covers the development of structures for various sectors, from energy (nuclear, oil pipelines, etc.), transport, infrastructure for offices and housing, among others.
Since 2017, William Hare focuses one of its
Structural Engineering
hubs in Vila Nova de Gaia.
What we are looking for…
We are looking for a
Junior
Structural Design Engineer
(M/F) to join our Engineering Team.
The right candidate will be a
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in any of the following fields will be valued:
* Connections Design between Structural Elements.
* Temporary Works Design.
* Main Structural frame and elements Design.
About Your Role…
In this role you will join an Engineering Team on the development of multiple
Steelwork
projects, from tendering stage to the construction stage, being the main focus of your work the Design of Connections and Temporary Works.
During the course of these projects, you'll also develop coordination tasks with other internal teams, client's Architects, Engineers, and Contractors.
