The role aims to be recognized as a trusted advisor to the business. This role supports the finance leader in developing the finance team and enabling them to thrive. The role communicates effectively with all stakeholders, ensures a robust control and compliance environment, and aligns with the EMEA finance management company value proposition, which is attractive to existing and new owners. The role partners with the business to maximize profit for shareholders and owners and supports the finance leader in innovating and delivering an industry-leading, efficient finance organization.
What will I be doing?
The Finance Manager is responsible for understanding and driving the financial performance of the hotel and performing all finance activities within the policy, regulatory, and contractual framework.
The role will partner with the General Manager and develop excellent working relationships across internal and external stakeholders, including Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centers (where applicable), Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Operations Finance. The Finance Manager will work closely with all Business Partners to develop best-in-class hotel finance teams, including participation in relevant finance development programs.
You will also familiarize yourself with the management agreement for the hotel and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance, reporting any issues of non-compliance to your supervising manager.

- Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
Additional preferences:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance.
