This senior-level position plays a crucial role in overseeing the global IT infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient services. The successful candidate will lead a global team responsible for cloud and on-prem infrastructure operations, service delivery, and user support.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading global teams and managing managed-service providers. They should possess strong expertise in MS Azure, M365, networking, storage, disaster recovery, and large-scale infrastructure operations.
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management, including senior leadership in global or distributed environments.
* Strong expertise in MS Azure, M365, networking, storage, disaster recovery, and large-scale infrastructure operations.
* Proven experience leading global teams and managing managed-service providers.
* Deep understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor-negotiation skills.
* Degree in IT/Computer Science; relevant certifications (Azure, ITIL, cloud/security) are a plus.
