You'll work on cutting-edge AI-powered digital identity solutions, collaborating in a close-knit, agile team that values quality, testing, and rapid delivery /ppbr/ppbThe Role: /b /ppbr/ppbAs a Backend Software Engineer, you will: /b /pulliCollaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers to deliver impactful solutions, from image quality improvement, data extraction to automatizations /liliDevelop, contribute and improve our backend with a particular focus on document capture and document processing orchestration.
/liliDevelop, contribute and improve our existing architecture, from backend services to interacting with ML models /liliPrototype and iterate to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance with a metric driven compass /liliChampion privacy and security, ensuring our products meet high standards.
/liliTake ownership from design to delivery, working across functions.
/liliImprove system reliability through testing, pairing with engineers, and resilient design.
/liliContribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.
/li /ulpbr/ppbEssential Experience: /b /pulliStrong software engineering experience with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
/liliExpertise in system design, architecture, OOP, and cloud-native architectures /liliProduct-centric mindset with a desire to be involved in all development phases.
