About the Role: We are looking for a senior, highly organized, and proactiveIT Project Managerto lead high-impact technology projects in a dynamic, international environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of contact between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that project goals, deadlines, and quality standards are met with excellence.Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery:Plan, execute, and monitor the entire lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring delivery within the defined schedule, scope, and budget. Agile Governance:Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). Tool Management & Reporting:Configure and manage workflows, dashboards, and metrics inJira ; ensure all project documentation is centralized and up to date inConfluence. Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams (Developers, QA, Architects) and international business partners/clients. Risk & Issue Management:Proactively identify risks, mitigate blockers, and implement contingency plans to maintain the team's momentum.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experienceas an IT Project Manager or Scrum Master in software/technology projects. Experience on Pharma sector or chemicalmandatory Advanced, hands-on mastery of Atlassian tools ( Jira and Confluence ), including creating epics, stories, roadmaps, and progress reports. Solid knowledge ofAgile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) .Languages: English (C1/C2):Absolute fluency (mandatory), with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact daily with international teams. Portuguese:Native or professional proficiency (required for local team alignment).
