Senior Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our organization in Porto, Portugal.
* Develop and secure revenue and market share from existing customers and new business opportunities.
* Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
* Prepare annual and monthly budgets and reports, and achieve targeted objectives.
* Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
* At least 5 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation.
* A professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding is preferable.
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and/or other market leading software applications.
* Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
* Provide support to the operations to ensure compliance of all SOPs and processes specific to the customer and insure yearly target achievement.
* Manage complex Service Parts Logistics solutions for customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure that performance targets are met.
* Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.
