As a ServiceNow Professional, you will be responsible for:
* Configuring and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM Visibility modules using exclusively out-of-the-box features to optimize return on existing licensing investments.
* Managing the deployment of agents across all company laptops.
* Integrating procurement and licensing data with the SAM module.
* Enabling and validating SaaS connectors (such as Office 365, Salesforce, Adobe).
* Utilizing the Normalization Engine and managing license reconciliation.
* Creating and optimizing dashboards for monitoring compliance and KPIs.
* Automating license reclaim and hardware move workflows using Flow Designer.
* Ensuring the linkage between physical assets and the CMDB.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow projects, especially with SAM Pro and/or ITOM Visibility.
* Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow using out-of-the-box functionality, without reliance on customized development.
* Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, MID Server, and integration with SaaS applications.
* Experience with CMDB enrichment, asset management processes, and data normalization.
* Self-sufficiency, ability to prioritize deliveries, and focus on business outcomes.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluency in English (both oral and written).
