Verificar e Manusear equipamentos de produção de forma a garantir um processo produtivo eficiente e sem falhas;
Controlarregularmente a disponibilidade de consumíveis, peças de desgaste e materiais indirectos;
Identificar e implementar medidas para reduzir o tempo de preparação de trabalhos;
Analisar e reduzir/eliminar erros e avarias ou interrupções nos equipamentos de produção com componentes mecânicas, hidráulicas e pneumáticas;
Apresentar medidas para aumentar a eficiência da manutenção, incluindo ajuste de padrões de manutenção na prespectiva de umSetter;
Preparar peças sobressalentes e equipamentos auxiliares de acordo com amostras e instruções;
Apoiar namontagem, desmontagem e adaptação dos equipamentos de produção com base em instruções;
Ajustar programas de robots, corrigir programas de maquinas e realizar testes
