Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce professional, you will administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance. This involves configuring objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, workflows, and automation tools to meet evolving business requirements.
* Administer user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure secure and efficient data management.
* Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analytics to support decision-making and operational insights.
* Ensure data integrity through routine audits, data cleansing, and validation processes.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve technical problems.
* Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing end-user support to ensure effective adoption and best-practice usage.
* Participate in Salesforce releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to leverage new platform capabilities.
* Support system integrations with connected platforms such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and other business systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds).
* A strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
* Experience with reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
* A solid understanding of CRM processes and data governance.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
