The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Business Analyst role will make an impact:
- The Business Analyst is responsible for the support of multiple software platforms and solutions used across regional/global finance teams, including Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Record to Report/E-invoicing/SAF-T/Process Automation /Intercompany/Treasury
- Developing and documenting project scope and designs for various finance applications
- Design documents, business SOPs, user handouts
- Expertise in application navigation, complex system functionality, process mapping, workflows, and data integration
- Provide technical input and design inputs on finance projects and initiatives
- Help interpret stakeholders' business goals into deliverables and oversee their technical development
- Assist in preparing test scripts and testing the final solution as part of the project team
- Create and understand financial systems documentation, including workflow diagrams, SOPs, and technical specifications
- Act as a liaison between IT and Functional Finance Teams to document project scope with sufficient detail
- Create requirement and design documentation in collaboration with internal technical and business teams
- Produce additional project documentation like requirement traceability matrices, SOPs, training documents, and application handouts
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and external business partners to deliver solutions
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we're looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar finance-support roles
- Experience in the finance application space, including SAP, E-invoicing solutions, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, or process automation
- Finance experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, E-invoicing, Treasury, Intercompany
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English (speaking, understanding, reading, and writing)
