Responsibilities
* Develop and implement machine learning models tailored to CRM and platform contexts
* Design and deploy models for retention, anomaly detection, regression analysis, and other predictive analytics tasks
* Create and manage automated data pipelines for efficient data processing and model deployment
* Ensure seamless integration of models into existing systems
* Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data issues
* Utilize Azure Databricks for data processing, model training, and deployment
* Optimize Databricks resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
* Design and maintain infrastructure for machine learning projects
* Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams for cloud management
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
* Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, especially for CRM and platforms
* Strong skills in developing models for retention, anomaly detection, and regression
* Experience with pipeline automation and data flow monitoring
* Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
* Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure
* Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala, and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus
* Experience with CRM platforms and customer data analytics is advantageous
* EU citizenship or Portuguese work authorization
* Availability to work from the office twice a week
