About the Project

The position is in a company in "start-up" mode. We have a product that is highly innovative for Portuguese companies large and small, but we need someone with a lot of energy, high ambition, and therefore transformative capacity. This person will have a high level of autonomy to achieve the goals. We need someone willing to take risks and step outside their comfort zone, thus actively contributing to innovation and unafraid to take risks, and to the growth and expansion of the business unit.
As a B2B Customer Enablement Manager, you will be part of a team that combines experience with youth, always in "start-up" mode. You will report to a commercial director at Cyber Inspect with extensive experience in commercial and partner management.
Responsibilities & Areas of Impact
* Establishing business relationships and partnerships
* Managing and building a network of sales teams
* Ensuring sales KPIs are met, identifying anomalies and causes, and proposing solutions
* Support the creation of a telephone and sales support project for partners and internal partners.
-Collaborate on the best ways to ensure success
-Inhouse support for partners
-Ongoing HR training and processes
* End Customers of companies at the CEO or Business Owner level
-Sell the concept and support sales representatives via TEAMS or in person
- Technical support will be provided to facilitate a demonstration or technical discussion with companies (not your responsibility)
- Support the sales and pre-sales department in special proposals
* Partnership Management
- Motivate and support existing partners
- Support communication with partner customers
- Create tools and processes to increase sales and trust
- Resolve potential conflicts with partners
Your Profile
* Previous professional experience in commercial areas
* Leadership skills within commercial teams
* High capacity for structuring and compiling data and resilience to obtain and present information
* Ability to critically examine management information and identify anomalies or areas of opportunity
* High digital skills and adaptability to different platforms (internal and external), as well as to present your business presentation, if necessary
* Autonomy and results-oriented
