* You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Support merchants with product and service inquiries, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

To succeed in this role:
* Proficiency in French (C1) and English (B2) is required.
* Strong communication skills are essential: approachable, patient, and customer-focused.
* High empathy levels are necessary to provide excellent customer service.
* Manage escalation processes and resolve complex issues efficiently.
* Prior experience as a customer support specialist is mandatory.
* Familiarity with omnichannel support and ability to work with multiple tools simultaneously is desired.
* Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and persistence in resolving issues are key strengths.

* Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and computers.
