Job Description
Join our multinational company in Cascais (Lisboa), on-site. As an IT Helpdesk professional, you will work closely with our team to provide technical support and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT support
* Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
* Excellent communication skills and customer service.
* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and remote support tools.
* Intermediate English level
