A growing international sixth form college based in the Algarve is seeking a Student Experience Coordinator to ensure students enjoy an outstanding academic and personal journey throughout their studies.
This role is central to creating a supportive, structured, and inspiring student environment, acting as a bridge between students, academic teams, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for student experience and daily support.
Coordinate onboarding and integration of international students.
Organise enrichment activities, student events, and campus initiatives.
Monitor student engagement, attendance, and overall wellbeing.
Collaborate closely with Academic, Admissions, and Operations teams.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance student culture.
Support pastoral care and safeguarding processes when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in education, student services, hospitality, or youth programmes.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Fluent English required (C1–C2 level).
Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
Experience with CRM or student management systems is desirable.
