We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for an international project.
What you'll do:
1. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities where Generative AI can deliver value.
2. Design and engineer effective prompts to guide LLM behavior and optimize output.
3. Apply chain-of-thought reasoning techniques to develop intelligent LLM-based workflows and solutions.
4. Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
5. Quickly create prototypes and demos to showcase GenAI capabilities and drive innovation.
6. Contribute to the ongoing development of Client's GenAI methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
7. Actively participate in the Data Science and GenAI communities, helping shape and advance our AI capabilities and assets.
What you will need to bring:
* At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong foundation in machine learning and analytics.
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), ideally in a leadership or technical lead role.
* Strong data science background with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
* Proficient in Python, capable of building prototypes and delivering robust, production-ready solutions.
* Experience working with Microsoft Azure data services.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Fluent in English.
* Proven consulting experience with stakeholder management, translating business challenges into technical solutions, and delivering impactful outcomes.
