Consumer Fintech Product Design at Agoda: As a product designer focusing on consumer fintech, you’ll collaborate with brand, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative financial services solutions for our travel customers. Your work will directly impact how we deliver cutting edge digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users in different markets and segments.

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations
6+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred
Experience in finance product development or fintech (preferred, but not required)
Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
Proficient in creating wireframes and high-fidelity UI using the latest design and prototyping tools
A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions for complex, transactional web-based products or mobile apps
Strong English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong visual design skills and familiarity with design systems
The Product Designer is an experienced problem solver for areas of high complexity, collaborating with stakeholders across business, technology and marketing to influence and execute the roadmap. The Designer also brings domain knowledge to co-create future user-centric product strategy and lead by aligning, storytelling, and driving optimal UX solutions for the consumer fintech business.
Role Responsibilities
You will deliver hands-on design solutions for complex enterprise business scenarios and well-defined problems, aligning with product partners’ vision and business goals
You will actively engage in research and collaborate with researchers to evaluate impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements towards desired outcomes in consumer fintech products
You will acquire deep domain knowledge in OTA (Online Travel Agency) business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with stakeholders
You will represent Agoda Design by advocating user-centric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints
You will collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap
