With a global presence, we have earned a reputation for excellence and cutting-edge solutions in the construction industry.Family MissionEnsuring the definition and execution of the production techniques used for the design, development and preparation of the Casais Group's production elements, following the norms and quality standards defined by the Group, and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and the Casais values.Job Responsibilities1) Preparing and drawing the plans to support the project and the work, using a computerized drawing program, in accordance with the project and the topographical survey carried out;2) Checking for any architectural, structural and specialty mismatches in the interconnection between project elements and distributing the drawings to the respective site management team, ensuring that they are understood, providing technical support and clarifying any doubts3) Monitor the progress of the work, checking compliance with the technical specifications and making the necessary revisions, providing the design elements requested by the different areas, by carrying out checks, updates and corrections to the project dossier, carrying out document control of the parts described, incorporating changes and organizing the drawings by the different stages of the project;4) Digitizing and classifying project documents in a digital process management system (Procore, other) and training the construction team in its use; 5) Drawing up supporting documentation and assisting site management in the construction of consultation dossiers for subcontractors;6) Construction, where appropriate, of BIM models of parts of the project (or all of it), as well as renderings and virtual simulations, in order to guarantee the detection of incompatibilities and greater communication on site;7) Participating in drawing up the strategic execution plan and the strategic operational plan;8) Monitoring and inspecting the Quality and Safety processes, ensuring the principles and procedures of the Quality, Environment and Safety System.Job RequirementsManagement Professional Experience (in years): Not required previous experienceProfessional Experience (in years): 1 to 3 yearsEnglish - Intermediate EducationLevel of Education: Level 3, 4 or 5 - Technical / professional coursePreferred course: Architecture; Engineering, or similar; Certifications / Requiered LicensesOrder of EngineersOrder of Architects At Grupo Casais we ensure that the people in our team have:Employee Support Programs;Cooperation with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledgeVision in the Future: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability;Annual activities that promote engagement between colleagues/companies/markets;Benefits and Protocols;Safety Culture.
