You'll design, test and optimize high-converting presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows. You'll work closely with our growth managers and creative team to transform insights into designs that improve conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per session.

Requirements:
* A creative thinker who can design for direct response advertising.
* Experience designing for DTC brands and improving revenue/session through A/B testing and optimization.
* Expert in Figma and Photoshop.
* Ambitious and collaborative, working seamlessly with marketers, copywriters, and developers.
* Curious, data-driven, and eager to optimize every detail for maximum performance.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, consumer psychology, and persuasion tactics.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Design Tools & Technical Skills: Expert in Figma and Photoshop.
* Conversion & Revenue Focus: Proven record of increasing conversion rates and revenue per session.
* User Experience & Psychology: Solid grasp of UX best practices, trust signals, persuasion principles, and behavioral psychology.
* Communication & Rationalization: Ability to clearly present hypotheses, explain design choices, and share learnings.
* Portfolio & Track Record: Strong portfolio of ecommerce presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows.
* Experience & Context: 2–5 years working in ecommerce or performance marketing agencies.
* Soft Skills & Mindset: Data-driven, detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and empathetic.
