Global Process Optimization Specialist
The role of Global Process Optimization Specialist revolves around driving process improvements in the finance order-to-cash cycle. This entails identifying bottlenecks and collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to implement enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Ownership: Manage and optimize the order-to-cash cycle by streamlining processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and enhancing overall performance.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement, analyze data, and implement strategic solutions to boost efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster alignment across systems and processes with other finance domains, countries, and functions to ensure seamless integration.
* Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain key performance indicators, dashboards, and reports to monitor process integrity and performance.
* Technology & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending innovative digital solutions and automation tools to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.
* Project Delivery: Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within scope, with a focus on quality and results.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned with process changes and progress.
* Compliance and Control: Ensure that all process redesigns adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of governance and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
* Order-to-Cash experience, including billing, master data management, and finance retail reconciliation.
* Experience in ERP upgrade and roll out programs, with a focus on SAP (ECC6 and S4/HANA) and Dynamics 365.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
* Highly flexible and adaptable, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment.
