We are seeking a sales shark - someone with strong commercial drive, great relationship skills, and attention to detail. You'll not only close deals but also ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience from the first contact to the final deed and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle: leads, visits, negotiations, CPCV, deeds, and after-sales.
* Provide close follow-up and support to clients after purchase.
* Handle client requests and coordinate with real estate partners and technical teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agencies.
* Support the marketing and communication team in preparing sales materials and campaigns.
* Keep sales maps, reservations, and reports updated in Excel / CRM.
* Represent the company with professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (mandatory).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate (developer, agency, or consultancy).
* Strong Excel and organizational skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication.
* Relationship-driven, highly motivated, and goal-oriented.
* Proactive, competitive, and ambitious - a true closer.
* Full-time on-site position in Porto.
