This Market Intelligence role under the Corporate Insight Department within our Marketing Strategy Division requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset.
* Conduct research and create insightful reports based on inquiry requests from internal stakeholders.
* Support decision-making by providing strategic, actionable, and timely market insights reports to business managers across Headquarters and various business groups, units, and regions.
* Manage research projects from scope to delivery, working independently with limited direction.
* Number of reports delivered
* Feedback score from stakeholders (NPS)
* Timely response to inquiries
* At least 12 months experience in a professional Market Intelligence organization, preferably in the IT sector.
* Experience working with analyst firms / external research providers is highly desirable.
* Cross-cultural/international experience is an asset.
* Able to develop relationships with stakeholders and internal teams built on trust and credibility.
* Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research and various research techniques, deriving meaningful and business-oriented insights and translating them into actionable recommendations.
* Critical and strategic thinking mindset, including capability to assess current situations, draw conclusions, and propose innovative solutions for business problems.
* Fluent English (Business level) is mandatory.
