At GBS Finance (FIN), we aim to act as Business Partners side by side with the Management of the Operations that perform these activities contributing with accurate and timely financial records to guide business decision-making.

Your mission will be…
* Operational Finance Tasks (initial focus)
* Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and basic financial processing
* Help ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation requirements
* Collaborate with different business lines to clarify and solve daily finance-related queries
* Development Toward Controlling (progressive learning track)
* Support monthly reporting activities (cost center reports, accruals, variance analysis)
* Assist in budget preparation and forecast reviews
* Participate in financial reviews with Business Line controllers
* Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities
We are looking for someone with…
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or other similar area
* Fluent English – written and spoken
* Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (advanced)
* Good analytical skills, quality, rigor and attention to detail
* Professional ethics, responsibility and problem solving orientation
* Proactivity, priority management, organization
* Very good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with different partners and work as team
* Willing to integrate in am international team
* SAP knowledge will be welcome
