Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Corporate Transformation Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic initiatives, driving enterprise-wide transformation, and collaborating closely with senior management across all functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive results by collaborating with the team of Global Program Leaders and the Chief Transformation Officer to define strategic priorities.
* Translate insights into actionable measures and execute high-impact transformation programs.
* Generate tangible results that sustainably improve our organization.
* Leverage digital technologies such as generative AI or automation to unlock new business value and operational efficiencies.
* Manage projects and programs from strategic ideation to definitive execution.
* Guide stakeholders through change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital fluency.
* Coach CTO teams in logical problem-solving, analytics, clear communications, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience in project and program management within a global corporate environment or a top-tier consulting firm.
* A significant track record in executing transformation projects at an enterprise level.
* Proven experience in handling diverse project teams with different cultural and functional backgrounds.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams in complex, ambiguous transformation projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sense of ownership and a clear understanding of what is 'the right thing' to do.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) and relevant tools.
* High motivation and flexibility to gain new knowledge and apply it in practice.
