Mentorship:Implement our proven success methods to train and integrate new consultants.
Field Leadership:Be the driving force on the ground, ensuring deals are closed and talent is retained.
Strategic Impact:Work directly with the Agency Director to shape the future of our expansion.Core Requirements: Fluency in English(Mandatory – essential for the Sintra/Cascais international market).
Portuguese Proficiency(C1/C2 level for local negotiations).
Own Vehicleand valid driver's license.
Flexible Availability(Real estate excellence doesn't follow a 9-to-5 clock).
Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
