Responsible for all aspects of the post-harvest process, ensuring a solid intermediate & stabilization product process, monitor the inventory, a quality control along the process and ensure compliance with regulations. But also support on Harvest duties.
Primary processing: Develop and implement processes and workflows for primary processing; ensure proper handling, tracking and documentation of cannabis products throughout the processing stages; collaborate with cultivation team to coordinate the timely transfer of materials to post-harvest; monitor and control processing parameters to maintain product quality and efficiency; address any issues or deviations from quality standards promptly;
•High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in a cannabis-related field is a plus;
•Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., cannabis, food production) is a plus;
•Knowledge of cannabis strains, characteristics and quality control standards is a plus;
•Familiarity with cannabis tools and processing equipment is a plus;
•Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements is a plus;
•Excellent organizational and time management skills;
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
