This role involves defining, aligning, and executing the sourcing strategy for technology, while enhancing relationships with strategic partners.
Governance of these key partners will be crucial, ensuring value delivery and partnership growth.This role will work closely with the Procurement function in GBS to deliver an efficient source-to-contract service within HAVI.
This position requires leading strategic contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and aligning demand planning with the Technology Strategy.
This person will report directly to the Senior Director of Technology Strategy, Planning, and Governance.As a Senior Manager of Technology Sourcing and Strategic Partnerships you will be responsible for:Lead negotiations for strategic vendors to secure efficient contracts; Consult with HAVI Supply Chain Technology SLT and other Senior "Vendor Managers" on commercial negotiations; Drive vendor consolidation within the remit of the technology Strategy to optimize the vendor landscape; Develop and lead the category strategy, ensuring maximum value delivery; Establish and enhance standard processes for vendor selection, onboarding, service delivery, SLA management, governance, financial oversight, and performance management; Create and manage metrics and KPIs to measure partner performance and communicate with HAVI Managers and Executives; Act as a key support partner to Supply Chain Technology and business leadership, collaborating across key operations; Foster a culture of continuous improvement; Support M&A duediligence and post-merger optimization
