Act as thelocal technical lead and trusted go-to personfor Portugal-based engineers. Providehands-on technical leadershipin Java and related engineering practices. Support engineers in refinement, implementation, code quality, technical problem solving and delivery discipline. Help Portugal-based engineers integrate effectively into the way of working of Dutch teams. Bridge differences in communication style, expectations and team culture between Portugal and the Netherlands. Build strong working relationships with Dutch Scrum Masters, architects, team leads and other stakeholders. Improve clarity, ownership, predictability and collaboration across locations. Participate in Scrum / SAFe ceremonies and help teams improve technical readiness and execution.
